I love this “Live the Language” video series. The Paris video is my favorite - it makes me want to take a trip overseas for flowers and macarons.

I always forget that I took five years worth of French in High School. I hardly use it aside from my pretentious habits like saying oui ou non? When I mean yes or no. More often then not I’ll be saying something to my boyfriend, ou mon petit chou en francais, and if I might be wrong in what I’m saying I’ll just ask ou non? He makes fun of me for loving France simply because hes steadfastly proud of being German and he’s making it his life’s work. He doesn’t make fun when I come close to tears at seeing impressionist artwork though, so that’s nice.
